About this product
Pap — also called ogi or akamu — is a Nigerian staple made from fermented and dried corn. We process ours from corn grown on the farm, fermenting and drying under controlled conditions in our facility.
Dry pap dissolves easily in hot water and gives the same smooth, clean flavour as freshly made ogi. It keeps on the shelf without refrigeration, making it practical for households and bulk buyers.
Packed in sealed bags to maintain dryness. Available in household and catering quantities.
